Shared Expenses

There are a few regularly purchased items that are considered shared expenses, per the residency agreement:

Shared resources must be tracked on the "Shared Supplies" tab of the "551 Linwood Resident Expenses" spreadsheet. Common use groceries and any shared resources (i.e. toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags, etc.) should be tracked on that sheet in a timely fashion. Receipts should be saved for these items and available for inspection by all Residents for at least a month after purchase.

Shared expense items must be pre-approved by the household before being charged to the spreadsheet if not already on the pre-approved list. New items may be added as needed by discussion in house chat. For cleaning products, brands listed below have been found to work for allergy needs for current residents, however we can change products should any of them prove to cause issue in the future. If a listed brand of product is not available, please prioritize getting a hypoallergenic/'free and clear' alternative to help ensure it will work for everyone.
